Hi Everyone. We are really excited to announce our new revamped website. V&L is now offering a few new features for our tenants, including online rent payments. You can now pay your rent with an ECheck or with a Credit Card. Of course you can always continue to mail in or drop off your personal checks, as you have all been accustomed to.
We are also now offering online applications. No longer do new renters have to fill out paper applications, you can go to our Rentals section of our website, and click on the online app. We are trying to make applying for a new apartment easier and more accessible to everyone.
We also now have a link to our Instagram Page, we will be using this to feature pics of new apts, and a bit of behind the scenes here at the company.
